To recover your Voloco account if you forget your credentials, ensure the app is updated to version 8.4 or later. Navigate to the Settings page, select "Sign in," and tap "Recover Account." Provide your username, email, or phone number to receive a recovery email or text. Note that accounts cannot be merged, and users in China cannot sign in due to regional restrictions on Google services. For further assistance, contact support at support@resonantcavity.com.
If you are trying to sign into your account and can't remember the credentials used to create it, the app's account recovery feature can help!
First, make sure Voloco is updated to version 8.4 or later. Then, follow these steps:
- Open the app and head to the Settings page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Sign in."
- Tap "Recover Account" at the bottom of the sign-in screen.

- Choose to provide your account's username, email, or phone number. Once provided, an email or text message will be sent to either the email address or phone number attached to your account.
There is no way to merge or combine multiple Voloco accounts. If you are still experiencing issues accessing your account, please get in touch with our Support Team at support@resonantcavity.com for further assistance.
Note: If you are using the app in China, you will not be able to sign in to Voloco. This is due to regional restrictions on Google services, which we use to handle Voloco account authentication.
