If you have a subscription to Voloco Premium active in your app store account and the app isn't recognizing it, you can follow these steps to restore your subscription.
Voloco 9.12 and later:

Go to Settings in the Voloco app

Select Manage Subscription
- If you are not signed in, you will be prompted to log in to your Voloco account
- Select Restore Past Purchases
Earlier versions:
- First, sign out of the Voloco app. You can do this by opening the Settings page from the Library, scrolling down to the bottom, and selecting "Sign out."
- On the Settings page, select "Restore Purchases."
- You will then be prompted to sign into the app. Sign in using the Voloco account you regularly use with the app, and your Premium access should be restored.
If your access is not restored and you have an active subscription within your app store, please contact us at support@resonantcavity.com and share your Voloco username for further assistance.
