Voloco 9.18 brings cleaner vocals, smarter project organization, and audio quality improvements across the app. Here's what's new:


Clean Your Vocals with Denoise Voice

Every great vocal recording starts with a clean signal. But recording in a perfect acoustic environment isn't always an option - sometimes inspiration strikes in a noisy room, a busy apartment, or anywhere in between.

Denoise Voice takes care of that. Tap any vocal clip, select Denoise Voice, and Voloco strips away background noise to isolate your voice. The result is a cleaner, more professional sounding vocal without having to re-record anything.

Denoise Voice is available to all users.

How to use Denoise Voice:

Step 1: Tap a vocal segment in your project.

 


Step 2: Tap Denoise Voice from the menu. You'll see a brief progress indicator as Voloco works to remove background noise from the clip.

 


Step 3: Once complete, the option will show as "Denoised" in the menu, confirming it has been applied.

 


Step 4: Not happy with the result? Tap the Undo button in the bottom toolbar to revert the clip to its original state.

 


Label Your Layers

If you've ever come back to a multi-track project and spent time figuring out which layer is which, this one's for you.

9.18 lets you name each vocal track whatever makes sense to you - Main Vocals, Adlibs, Harmonies, Hook - so you always know exactly what's what. Bigger projects, zero guesswork. It's a small change that makes a big difference when you're deep in a session.

Track renaming is available to all users.

How to rename a track:

Step 1: Tap the track number or track title in your project.

 


Step 2: Tap Rename from the menu.

 


Step 3: Enter your custom track name in the text box.

 


Step 4: Tap OK to save.

 

Sound Better Than Ever

9.18 also brings audio quality improvements across the app. Whether you're laying down a quick freestyle or finishing a polished track, just tap record and hear the difference.
